The protection of your personal data is important to us. We have drawn up this privacy policy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We inform you about what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have as a visitor to this website. It is in the nature of things that some sections of the text sound relatively technical. Nevertheless, we have endeavoured to keep the essentials as clear as possible for you. Our company guarantees, within the framework of the legal requirements, that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the fundamental rights and freedoms and the dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

Aim and purpose of data processing: fulfilment of legal obligations, obligations arising from regulations, community standards and civil and tax laws: Fulfilment of any contractual obligations towards the data subject; Fulfilment of activities related to the business activities of our company such as the completion of internal statistics, for accounting purposes and for the management of customer and supplier accounting; Objectives of a commercial nature such as the sending of commercial information and advertising material (by post, fax and e-mail), marketing and market research; Protection of receivables and management of liabilities; Objectives relating to insurance, in particular credit insurance.

The personal data processed by our company will not be unlawfully forwarded to third parties or disseminated in any other form. Data processing may be carried out with or without the use of electronic devices and includes all the operations provided for in article 4, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and necessary for the data processing in question. In any case, data processing is carried out in compliance with all necessary security measures.

According to Art. 7 of the Data Protection Act, the data subject has the right to know what data the controller holds about him/her in an intelligible form the origin and the reason for and purpose of the use and processing of the data; to know the name of the controller and the person responsible for the data processing; to know the names of third parties to whom his/her own personal data are forwarded; to check, correct or confirm the accuracy of their own data; to request that their data be deleted, blocked or converted into anonymous data if the use or processing of the data violates the legal provisions; to object to the processing of their data in whole or in part for justified reasons.

Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of its use: When you visit our website, the browser you use automatically transmits information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information may be collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted IP address of the requesting computer; date and time of access; name and URL of the retrieved file; website from which the access was made (referrer URL); browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider.

No use of analysis or tracking tools: We do not use any analysis or tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo or similar services) on our website. This means that no user profiles are created and we do not collect any data on the usage behaviour of our visitors for marketing or statistical purposes.

Data protection notice for WhatsApp use: We are pleased that you would like to get in touch with us. To enable you to communicate quickly and easily, we offer you the option of contacting us via WhatsApp. Below we inform you about the processing of your personal data in connection with the use of our WhatsApp channel. Purpose and legal basis of processing: Communication: Your personal data (e.g. telephone number and content data) is processed for the purpose of responding to your enquiries and communicating with you. WhatsApp may process data on servers outside the EU (e.g. in the USA), where a lower level of data protection may apply. Disclosure of data: We do not pass on your personal data to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. in the case of official enquiries).

Storage period: We only store your data for as long as is necessary for communication with you or as long as we are legally obliged to store it. If the purpose no longer applies or if there are no longer any retention obligations, the data will be deleted.

Security note: WhatsApp offers end-to-end encryption. However, we would like to point out that WhatsApp, as an external service provider, has its own security and data protection standards over which we have no influence.

Voluntary use: The use of WhatsApp to contact us is voluntary. If you do not want your data to be processed via this service, you can use other communication channels (e.g. email, telephone or letter) at any time.

Privacy Policy for the Use of Google reCAPTCHA

​​Upon completion of the stay contract, the guest will be issued the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (hereinafter referred to as Guest Pass), which is valid for the entire duration of the stay and from 0:00 on the day of arrival until 24:00 on the day of departure, in accordance with the resolution of the South Tyrolean provincial government no. 732/2022.
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the Südtirolmobil network area as well as additional services, which vary from tourist organization to tourist organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info

The only South Tyrolean body responsible for the Guest Pass is the Mobility Consortium, which was appointed as the uniform coordinating body in accordance with the above LR resolution by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol (LTS) on 16.11.2022. The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the terms of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. Purpose: The personal data provided will be transmitted to the single coordinating body of the Guest Pass in order to enable the creation and use of the Guest Pass and to provide the associated services.

​Recipient: In connection with the issuance of the Guest Pass, your data will be transferred to the Mobility Consortium with VAT number 02735170215, which, as the guest card holder and single coordinating body, has the role of autonomous data controller in the processing of the transferred data.
