Val Casies

The Kronplatz Holiday Region serves up three separate ski areas at once.  As different as the three may appear to be, they do in fact have a few things in common – and not just the scenery of high, white mountains.  The family-friendly site, the small but varied location, or simply Number One: the three ski areas of the Kronplatz Holiday Region each have their own character.

Fun &

Sledding

Hopping on a sled is a nice change of pace from skiing or snowboarding. With sledding, the athletic element is just as significant as the fun factor. Since the sled is pulled up the mountain, the body gets good aerobic training in the clear winter air. And although a certain degree of sporting skill is required for the descent, it is first and foremost all about fun.

Ice

Scating

On a fun toboggan ride the climb on foot and includes refreshments on the way to a rustic hut. Sledding on a leash and on the brisk sleigh ride! In our area ice-skating is fun for all ages. Our own ice skating rink is located in close proximity (skate rental, cross country ski rental). Ice skating is an athletic endeavor and, at the same time, a fun leisure time activity that is equally popular with young and old alike.
